Flag Football
LEAGUE INFORMATION:
| Format and Roster: |
- Teams play 5-on-5
- 10 to 12 players per team

| Game Times: |

| Length of Games: |
- 80 minutes
- 50 minutes (1 game/week)
- 30 minute practice before each game
|
| Season: |
- 10 weeks
- 8 regular season games (1 game/week)
- 2 weeks for playoffs
|
| League Information: |
- Teams play one game per week and practice before each game
- Trophies are awarded to the league champions
- All-Star game at the end of the season
- Games will be officiated by two referees
|
| Uniforms & Equipment: |
- Players will receive a flag football jersey, flag belt and mouth guard
|
| Other Information: |
- If you would like to play on the same team as a friend, please indicate their name in the Special Request section of the registration form
- Teams will have be scheduled one practice every other week (Wednesday or Friday evening)
